Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Print Your Shipping Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) slip to include inside your package.
- 3.Secure Your Gear
Place the charger in its original packaging with all included cables and manuals to ensure the item is protected during transit.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After our technical team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
